    The $24 million Africa Center is the first phase of the Dolakeh Square in Africatown initiative — designed to serve as a long-term anchor for economic growth and cultural identity along Chester Avenue.

    ACANA — the African Cultural Alliance of North America — is a Community Development Corporation operating since 2000, dedicated to revitalizing commercial corridors in Southwest Philadelphia and serving the African diaspora.

    Crane Chinatown — the Eastern Tower Community Center — is GCRC's inaugural project, designed to deliver significant community impact while meeting the rigorous job-creation and economic requirements of the EB-5 program.

    Co-developed by the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) and JNA Capital, the project sits at 10th & Vine Streets, anchoring Philadelphia's Chinatown North neighborhood with new residential, community, retail, and gym space.

    The project secured 16 EB-5 investors and $8.8M in EB-5 capital investment to date, with approval for up to 66 investors and $33M in total EB-5 capital.

    EB5 Life Sciences LP is GCRC's pioneering life sciences investment fund — the first in the EB5 industry to channel foreign investor capital into clinical-stage biopharmaceutical companies.

    The fund's flagship portfolio company, Ocugen, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCGN), develops cutting-edge gene therapies and biologics for sight-threatening eye diseases, with programs targeting retinal degeneration, macular degeneration, and other conditions with significant unmet need.

    A second portfolio company, Mainline Biosciences LLC, is advancing novel peptide compounds for cancer treatment, including selective CXCR4 antagonists targeting lung and breast cancer.
