The project secured 16 EB-5 investors and $8.8M in EB-5 capital investment to date, with approval for up to 66 investors and $33M in total EB-5 capital.

The fund's flagship portfolio company, Ocugen, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCGN), develops cutting-edge gene therapies and biologics for sight-threatening eye diseases, with programs targeting retinal degeneration, macular degeneration, and other conditions with significant unmet need.
A second portfolio company, Mainline Biosciences LLC, is advancing novel peptide compounds for cancer treatment, including selective CXCR4 antagonists targeting lung and breast cancer.
